I got into tattooing by way of hardcore music when I was in my teens. Adherence to the straight edge lifestyle and hardcore music exposed me to heavily tattooed people at a young age, and as soon as I was old enough, I began getting tattooed. It didn’t take long to learn that a tattooer’s lifestyle coincided really well with my DIY ethic and allowed me to pursue a career doing something I already enjoyed.
I dabble in many different styles, but I definitely have the most experience with traditional Americana through a modern lens. Lately I have been exploring a wide range of styles including early 19th century traditional, fine line and single needle black and gray, bio mechanical and the occasional animal portraits.
I am a creative, in nearly every facet of my life. My interest in various creative outlets is constantly growing and changing. Currently I’ve been exploring sign painting with typography as well as imagery, clay sculpting, wood working, building of tabletop gaming terrain from scratch and painting miniatures, and any DIY project that’s aim is to customize and personalize my own belongings.
